Returns
You can return any unopened and unused product within 28 days of receiving it for a full refund or exchange, provided that the item remains in its original condition and packaging. Please note that due to hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened products unless they are faulty.

- Return Authorisation: We will provide you with a return authorisation number and instructions on where to send the returned items.
- Pack the Items: Securely package the items in the original packaging, including any accessories and documentation.
- Send the Items: Dispatch the items to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and it is inspected and approved, we will process your refund. The refund will be credited back to the original method of payment within 14 days of our receiving the return. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed and the refund issued.
Faulty Products
If you receive a product that is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to request a repair, replacement, or refund, irrespective of the product’s opened status. Please report the fault within 30 days of discovering the problem to ensure prompt handling.
How to Report a Faulty Product:
